This month we're teaming up with My Mind's Eye to offer a fun challenge for you!  Our May Papercrafting and Historian Kits both have a warm infusion of My Mind's Eye products.  The design team has come up with a simple recipe challenge to spotlight this great mix of MME + JBS Mercantile!

Recipe Challenge:
1. Combine at least two MME products to create a unique handmade embellishment
2. Focus on the journaling in a creative way
3. Get painterly!
To enter the challenge, create a project based on the recipe above, then share a link on this post to an online blog or gallery where you've shared your creation.
Contest ends at midnight CST on May 17th.  Winner will be randomly chosen shortly thereafter.  Winner will receive the May JBS Mercantile Papercrafting Kit plus a $25 JBS Mercantile gift certificate.
Some of our design team members will be sharing their versions of the challenge when we load gallery updates on May 10th.  We're looking forward to seeing your interpretations of this challenge too!  :)

I found you through MME's website and I think this is a great challenge!  I have a question: can my entry be a card?

Welcome Krystle!  Certainly!  Cards are fine!

Great thanks!

This is going to be a lot of fun! I love MME. And JBS too, of course!

I'm bummed - my kit doesn't come til late in the month!  <sitting in corner holding my breath>

Here is a card that I made with a handmade pinwheel I created using MME rhinestones (Lush), a brad (Sunshine) and pp (Sunshine):

you don't have to use a kit jennifer!  the only requirement is the two mme papes for the embellishment!

Fun challenge!

I have some MME papers and embellishments that I've hoarded from years ago (my very favorite ones :), is it ok to used discontinued? Or just current?
